I clean my baby tongue and gums with wet cotton cloth

i clean his mouth with muslin cloth and gleserine, and even will bathing clean it with water.

Damped cotton cloth in a warm water with added small quantity of turmeric powder.

I asked my dental doctor and he said to use cotton bandage cloth you get from medical shop to clean their toung and gums after each feed.
