I brought a finger brush from firstcry. Its from babyhug, a silicon cylindrical brush in which u can insert your finger and clear baby's mouth. Also it comes with a covering.

wrap a wet cotton cloth around your finger and u can easily clean the tongue of baby with the help of that finger
