everyday twice with warm wet cotton cloth...

not everyday , but clean tongue and gums once in every 2-3 days, there is always room for infection if tongue is not properly clean esp. when baby is on formula

Tongue and gum cleaning is important part of baby's routine.I use wet and soft cotton cloth tied in finger , gently clean the tongue,but before I wash my hands nicely.
