Exclusive breastfeeding for first 6 months and then can supplement with formula milk. You should consult a Registered Dietician from a good hospital before relying on anybody’s suggestions. Times are such that age-old wisdom application should be first reasoned out with respect to your child’s health than blindly relying on it.

Only breast feed is recommended for upto 6 month old baby. Otherwise, Formula milk solutions can be used. but, no ceralac.

why so hurry, your baby need your milk to be a wellbeing atleast till 6 month these substitutes one will have whole his/her life .DON'T GO AFTER COMPANY WORDS .OTHER THAN MOTHER MILK ALL ARE SUBSTITUTES .
