boiled daal & rice water and smashed dalia nd rice n fruits are home food which is best for the kids..

Home made cereal....made of dry fruits and dalia ,,,very healthy and helps in gaining weight.

The best food is Ragi porridge. Easy on the tummy and helpful with weight gain bone strength and a lot of goodness. Try avoid buying readymade ragi powder, as much as the brand may make it enticing to buy trust me your baby would love you a little more for going the little extra mile and giving her unadulterated home made ragi powder.
Besides ragi, dal pani, rice, semolina porridge, sago porridge.
