might be due to climatic changes so wait for a day or 2 try giving ajwain dhua or simply roast ajwain on tawa and put in a clean cloth and try giving a sek over chest and back but before check the cloth if its too hot or normal and still no relief then visit a pediac

Change clothes , towels ,bedcovers as often u can.. soak baby clothes in hot water before u wash. . don't worry..
