Clean the eyes carefully...Watch some videos on how to do it.

Check if he has unhealthy unclean flaky scalp which may affect his face skin, eyes and ears. Consult the doctor for the same.

Eye allergy could also be due to blockage of tear gland. Massage it... For help check some
