Boil water with jira and give it to toddler or infant once in a day. This will heal constipation and relief from gastric problems.

Give them plenty of water. offer them buttermilk. constipation will cause due to poor digestion. some times it might be heavy consumption of food. sometimes kids wants to eat more even they tummy is full bcoz there taste buds wants more. offer food for babies r toddlers for every 2-3 hours. if they feel constipation put 3-4 oils drop on there stomach and massage in circular motion

Fiber, fiber, fiber give your child lots of fibrous food. Lots of water. Try avoiding junk. Sneak those veggies in their diet it will work d magic.

Massage the tummy of ur toddler..give them tummy time..give fibre rich diet and enough water
