Buy 'dikamali' powder from ayurvedik shop and rub it to the baby Gums. It gives relief to baby and teething process becomes easier.
This is called as 'Brilliant Gardenia, Cambi resin tree' in English.
It is easyly available, but ensure for purity of item. It doesn't harm if swallowed by baby.

carrot sticks and teething sticks are very helpful to relieve the child from teething pain.

teething is a painful process for the babies.
giving them cold carrots,cold cucumber,cold wet wash cloth is really helpful.
Also making them wear tilasmi moti around the neck helps.
applying honey on swollen gums helps to ease the pain n soreness.

I dont think giving homeo medicines in small age is advisable m. Better not to do anything. Instead mother can have calcium rich food. And fruit nibbler kinda stuffs can be used if necessary
