I married late and gave birth late at 37. it has its pros and cons.
You deal things maturely, and may be more secure financially.
But, physically and sometimes emotionally, it takes a toll and some of those will remain for life.
So, would suggest, do not go so late.

that's true.. At once if you are fit & healthy Physically u may not hv any problem... But mental stress is more worst than any other issue.. Physical stress is visible and can be treated easily but mental stress... A big No no specially during pregnancy.. Coz it will have it's effect on baby too

I was at starting OK with late age pregnancy.. I recently delivered a full term healthy baby girl when I just had my 30th birthday.
But before planning baby I had taken few blood tests called AMH which shows the egg quality and quantity in overies.. Which I read starts reducing from age 30.
So if those bollywood divas still have good AMH report then good for them.. Else they have enough money to go for IVF treatments. And nobody will know how actually they concived. Now our medical science have solutions to almost every problems buts it's always better to have it naturally..

To me what matters most for conceiving is a women's own health and lifestyle and not exactly the age is alone an issue.
These bollywood divas has so great lifestyle, they take proper balanced diet and nutrition, they do so hard to keep their body fit that we (common people) don't even think to do. For conceiving, a healthy and fit body is most important thing before age.

I got married @ 22 and gave a healthy gap of 3 years and conceived and my child @ 25 yrs. And according to Science you should have your child before 25 yrs of age. I always had this thought about Bollywood divas late marriage and and late pregnancy! i m glad u bought this up Firstcry!

I don't think age is a big issue. I gave birth to my kids at the age of 31 and 34, both are fine. Some marry early and even can't conceive.
