Late Age Pregnancy: Yes/No

The most conventional age for having a baby for an Indian women is below 30 years. Still Bollywood divas are setting new trends of late age marriage and late pregnancy. Share your views what you feel is it healthy to have baby in 30’s? What is your opinion on late age pregnancy.

I am mother at the age of 42.. but I don't advise it. I had to undergo lot of physical and mental tenison. Physically because all my body parts are in declining health. ( I don't have any Illness though). But still their function is not as good as it was. I had to visit so many other specialist doctors other than OBG.. Mentally because had to undergo so many tests to rule out any defect in the baby which are more common after certain age.. Every test was like Agni pareeksha... Had to take many medications including daily injections to maintain pregnancy... Doctors tell it is high risk pregnancy after the age of thirty.. That explains it all. Above all there is fear of losing the baby because this might be our last chance to have a baby...
Yes, I am financially secure and have achieved a lot in professional life... Now I can enjoy my motherhood without getting insecure.. But in my opinion, have kids not too early or not too late...

i think it's totally depends on medical health of a woman..some woman who is under 30 can't get pregnant due to physical condition and some easily becomes pregnant above 30..though male partner's problem can create hindrance in pregnancy.

Late pregnancy is not good idea...After 35 yrs women uterus and Eggs becomes weak ....so fertility becomes late.... There is a high risk of Down syndrome or Autism if women concieve late ... This is said by my Gynecologist

i would say late pregnancy a big no because women's body definitely changes after 30's.. and it is proven that best age is between 20 to 32... there is increasing in infertility rate among women aged 35+... and even kids are at higher risk of having physical n mental issues...

children do not get that support in their teenage since their parents ll have crossed 50 years... so physically and mentally there ll be a lot of difference between parents and their children...

Its good to see celebrities setting a new trend. I too believe that having a baby in our life brings a big change in our lives and to welcome a healthy n happy baby what matters the most is being physically and mentally prepared and healthy. These days i can see people are understanding the importance of being healthy and fit and sweating out to be healthy. So no matter what ever the age is be health n fitness conscious and welcome a baby in our life when we are ready for it.

Having a baby is a big decision that comes with a big responsibility. It not only involves your physical and mental wellness but also requires financial stability. I believe you’re more mature, financially stable and more ready to take up the new role. These days people are tending more towards having a healthy lifestyle so having a baby in your 30s is absolutely fine.

when we are young we have better chance of conceiving, better kids and a good age in which we can take care of our little ones. In my opinion as we get older we get tired and if we are tired how come we take good care of babies.

In my point of view...now a days humans average life span reduced to around 50 to 65 because of this modern society...most of people dead suddenly by heart attack & some by cancer...lot of people definitely having diabetes..
wedding life is beautiest one
please wed soon & having baby soon as possibel
due to late pregnancy lot of woman having critical delivery because of high pressure, sugar, etc
due to late pregnancy diabetic patients delivers baby with diabetic baby..
your late late pregnancy lead to gives disease for your new born one ..
& your energy level too lower
earlier wedding earlier pregnancy
life is short please live whole
