as per my personal experience I think delivery in early age will help you to recover faster than 30+. the immunity system or stamina will work better on early age

yes it's normal
due to professional life girls don't prefer marriage in early stage of life so it's their choice to do work
and it's not harmful only some harmonal changes occurred but it's common

It is not healthy to have baby in 30s.
so many hormonal problem and complication are more prone to those who becomes a mother after 30s For eg: Breast cancer, Gout, Thyroiditis

I think it's all on one individual .. some people has the ability to get a child even after they go 30 and few can't... if you talk about the celebrities they may come across certain problems but only the good things are been shown .. you cannot predict wat goes inside their so called HiFi lifestyle...
and in any chance they can't get a baby then in today's world there are hell lots of options with the doctors so nothing to worry about.

I believe we should look at the pros and cons of delivering before and after 30, our lifestyle, our readiness to have a baby, willingness to accept the baby, take on responsibilities, being able to change and prioritize everything, and definitely bring at mental peace with yourself and the ones around you. and decide for self. and for other people, I would just say, stop judging. guide if you wish to, but don't judge.
