Getting emotional is very common because of harmonal changes. I suggest spend time with your dear ones to avoid loneliness. Read books, listen to good music/songs.
Occupy your mind by doing your favorite things.

This is my 1st pregnancy and my 21st week is running but I don’t feel any movement or kick in my belly. Although I am very strong but this pregnancy has made me so emotional that I can cry over anything, bad thought are controlling my mind, I feel alone… I keep myself busy but still these thoughts have controlled me like anything.

My fear was normal delivery. The stitches at the bottom and thinking of all that pain while peeing or periods. So i opt for c-section without waiting for labor pain
