Feel 30 to 35 is best as fertility rate is high and the person is mature to bear the responsibility of a child.

As per my opinion 23-30 is best age for Pregnancy because in 20's you are more active and young then other age also if your children is min 3 yr old than you can focus on your job and your own development.
