if you don't want to read during your pregnancy like I always felt asleep while reading you can listen to garbh sanskar on YouTube and audiobook of garbha sanskar is also available. you'll feel peaceful and relaxed 😊

i read excerpts from Guru Granth Sahibji.
I also read, Japji Sahibji, DukhBhanjini Sahibji, Chaupai Sahibji.
apart from this i used to play Garbh Sanskaar on my phone while napping in the afternoon, it had slokas from the vedas and other holy books.
i listened to a lot of bhajans n hyms in English, Hindi, Marathi and Punjabi.
now when I look at my babies, i can see the results i got by the Simrans and Readings i did. I delivered 2 premature but healthy twin baby boys who love praying and visiting the Gurdwara, Mandir Masjids.n Churches, all alike.
