honestly a pregnant lady should not but Mobile has become not a luxuary but a neccessity in our life we cant think our without phone.

Ati kisi Bhi cheez ki achi nai hoti..... using phones are necessity now a days so it is really hard to avoid using it completely but yes we can use it in moderation or when it's very necessary.
Some safety procedures should be followed during pregnancy.

pregnant lady as well as our children also should not use mobile. cos it's radiation are very harmful for our health. u can avoid radiation using Envirochip that chip protect u from mobile Wi-Fi n tower radiation. so with chip u can relaxly use the mobile 📱

pregnant ladies can use mobile phones but should follow some rules... you have to maintain 1 feet distance from mobile to your eyes and reading mode should be on to save your eyes... per one day usage should not be more than 3 hours...while sleeping mobile should be switched off or keep it away from you...

using the phone for the short terms, there is no risk for the baby or mother's but it is risk for the safety of using the phone for longer term
