Fasting in Pregnancy

zaheda Mom of 4 children 3 months ago
it's safe if you eat properly in open window and with doctors permission
Rohit Guardian of a 1 yr 1 m old boy 4 months ago
Fasting during pregnancy is generally not recommended and can pose risks to both the mother and the developing baby. While some studies suggest that fasting may not have a significant impact on birth weight or preterm birth, it can lead to dehydration, lack of energy, and potentially insufficient nutrient intake for the mother and baby. Consulting with a healthcare professional is crucial before considering any form of fasting during pregnancy.
