1. destress - most important thing is to be stress free and happy. we tend to get very anxious with lot of information and advice fooling from all sides. keep calm and speak to your gynac for all queries. you will get the right guidance.
2. exercise - physical and mental exercise is very essential. take regular walks and meditate. this will help you stay happy and energised.
3. diet- maintain healthy diet and eat at regular intervals with lots of water intake as well.
4. regular checkups- make sure you get your self checked up regularly and take your prescribed medication regularly.
this will ensure an easy delivery and healthy baby.
