it's a great feeling to be pregnant!! but with great position comes great responsibility!! all mom's need to take off the following:
1. destress - most important thing is to be stress free and happy. we tend to get very anxious with lot of information and advice fooling from all sides. keep calm and speak to your gynac for all queries. you will get the right guidance.
2. exercise - physical and mental exercise is very essential. take regular walks and meditate. this will help you stay happy and energised.
3. diet- maintain healthy diet and eat at regular intervals with lots of water intake as well.
4. regular checkups- make sure you get your self checked up regularly and take your prescribed medication regularly.

this will ensure an easy delivery and healthy baby.

Be POSITIVE Only thing I would suggest all mom-to-be there to expect a healthy baby.
Patience- Handle each and every day with patience bcoz that's a biggest challenge ever faced in life.
Healthy- Take healthy foods inspite of any challenges u r undergoing as changes arises a lot.
Excercise- Rest is important but excercises are must which begins from a simple walk.
POSITIVE nature- Changes are several due to multiple aspects but a constant thing is to be Positive enough throughout a pregnancy.
Time- Schedule some time for a baby. Talking, singing, chatting alot with a baby in your womb is a must as it pays you back for sure.

this is a feeling only a women can feel.yes every phase of 9 months is a challenge.1st trimester many women feel some sickness,but this is the phase were ur child brain development starts so even though u feel nausea, u should take some nuts, and fruits. some feel constipated in this phase,but diet can't help u in some cases ,u have to take medication like pilex.only this can help u inthis phase. in 2nd trimester u get some relief from sickness so u can take a healthy diet.include fruits and vegetables, so that ur weight is not effected. ushould maintain a healthy diet, so that further complications to be avoided like lack of licar.i.e amniotic fluid.inthe 3rd trimester. if u lack licar take protein rich food like egg from the 1st trimester itself to avoid these kind of problems. and drink orange juice with some added salt in this, to avoid lack of amniotic fluid. this is for now.tank u
