Challenges of First Pregnancy
lo bhai Lo my first pregnancy I have no idea but is really painful but finally be happy
Be positive and be happy, speak to your little one.... enjoy every second. Every month you will see new differences.. Enjoy each phase of pregnancy starting from vomiting to baby movements.. Eat healthy and stay healthy

Through out my pregnancy first trimester was marvelous I had super fun and enjoyed a lot.. Second trimester was normal and okay types and last one that third one was most hectic and horrible phase of my life.. But I can tell u guys one thing that meditation is the best way to keep calm and relax your frustrations, depression, hectic schedule, anxiety, nervous system break down blah blah whatever you r facing..

1.Stay active.I used to stay alone alone with my husband. I alone managed everything till 8 months.after that my sis came.and on same day of delivery my mom came.I m a student and a housewife ..now a mom too.my hubby works at night.so i wanna say that stay active,think positive,be happy and have proper rest food sleep and stresss less.

2. i feel very heavy nausea
3. lockdown
so what i do for my first problem i go for regular health check up .. and for nausea and morning sickness k liy main morning me bed pr hi crackers n biscuits lati the then.. some breakfast n all time thoda thoda khate rhne se nausea km feel hota h agar food khate hi problem ho vomit ho to baith kr mat khao bed pr aram se baithe then small amount me food n fruits khao..water n juice proper le around 14 glass pr day..little walk n yoga also help .with this small tricks main normal delivery k through ak healthy baby ko iss beautiful world me lae..
