Papaya, pineapple, oily and spicy as it increases heartburn, raw food ( meat, eggs, fish), processed foods, unpasteurised milk, too much sweets can lead to gestational diabetes, unhealthy food as chips biscuits and fast foods,
Fish as it contains Mercury, caffeine products coffee and chocolates.
