These all are categorised under tongue requirements not necessity except for sweet and salt which needs to be regulated

Dont eat spicy items,coffee tea,cold items like icecreams milkshake and chocolates,chat items like pani puri junk food like noodles,pizza,buger,fried items vada and avoid maida items and packed chicken,packed cool drinks.
