fast foods, alcohol, carbonated and packed (containing preservatives) drinks such as juices (rather consume whole fruits). avoid high amount of sugar containing foods and drinks. raw and uncooked meat, chicken, or fish should be avoided. vegetables and fruits should be properly washed before consumption. one should also not consume msg, ajinomoto ( such as in Maggie and chowmein). one should avoid Chinese food and always prepare or eat home cooked food.
