see discomfort is inseparable part of pregnancy...but you should keep yourself calm and think Positive ....and start imagining about your little one....this is what I have done all through infact also during my c-section delivery.....trust me this really works.....now your are going to meet the one who are with you since months but you haven't seen her face....how she will look , how you dress up her ,how you play with her.... these thoughts willmake to meet new feelings....and that's motherhood

1.Do physical activity.
2.Stay active.
3.Take proper rest.
4.Take proper sleep
5.Take proper diet.
6.manage stress.
7.read spiritual books.
8.take blessings from elders.
9.Think positive.
10.Drink more water.
11.take medicine on time

Didn't knew having Full milk gave severe constipation/burps n heart burn because couldn't digest in pregnancy...shifted to toned milk ..

Try if anyone has experienced same problem.

don't eat spicy food at all. it does no good but all harm
do light walking for 30-45 mins every day

if you can do homely work,then do those works. rest when you want. it will help you to normally deliver a child.

just one word i will share with mom to be Rest and some more Bed rest , relax your body and dont do any heavy work or bending house hold work ,ask anyone at home to help you for bending work. have healthy diet and keep smiling and dont walk also too much 🙂

when I got 8th mnth my tummy z full of weight more even I could not eat anythng..we should take more walk and relax our body without any tensions...at dz tym baby movements brings us more happiness 😍😍😍 I jus enjoyed it..😋
one suggestion for every pregnancy woman drink more water before going to sleep take 1glass warm water..it reduces gas trouble..n gastric problems too😊
