cravings like kaccha mango🥭 and tamarind all the spicy and sour things I like to have..and in the middle of the night I use to eat fruits like apple 🍎bcoz I feel very hungry at that time😀

A mom to be shouldn’t take stress at all and don’t eat pineapple and papaya., caffeine ,alcohol ., unpasteurised milk ., undercooked meat and chicken ,rest enjoy your pregnancy don’t take too much of load 😊

I used to feel like having tender coconut water,cucumber, this is good n has a cooling effect in pregnancy. things to be water green leafy veggies,beetroots,carrots,brocholi,liver ,cow /buffalo milk locally .mutton ,fish ,with Omega 3 ,and plenty of water all this is good for a healthy pregnancy. foods contraindicated, fish like mackerel,tuna,shark ,shellfish etc are strictly not allowed ,due to high Mercury levels ,pineapple,raw papaya n any junk food spicy food are considered unhealthy .uncooked meat ,tandoor.is considered unhealthy.
