we can cook khichdi, dalia, oats etc which are easy and quickly cooked and healthy too.

For 6 months+ babies :
Add green gram , wheat and some pulses to the above recipe.

For babies over a year :
(take notes from the next attachment from my next msg cuz I can only one image here)

ragi porridge is instant..u just have to prepare the powder prior..u can use it up for almost 3 months..sprouted multigrain powder..very very healthy..

rava kheer is instant n easy 1 cup of milk 1tbs of soji 2 tbsp of suger mix all ingredients n cook for a 2to3 min

Milk With Paratha is very easy, healthy and convenient dish to make for babies. All you need to do is take the pieces of paratha or roti and mix it with water according to your baby's eating quantity. You can put sugar of you want to but it is completely optional step.
