I think we should take atleast 1 year break to our career because no one can replace mom

ya it is also one best solution afterwards we can do continue to the career

There are a lot of day cares around, initially it's a task find a good one, but, once you find out you can start with your job.

the single word answer is both..ya it might get tiresome..in such cases give priority to the most important at that point of time.for instance,I started my mbbs house surgeoncy when my first child was 6 months but took a break for 6months as my second child was born and completed 1year internship in 2years .and now mom to a 3 month baby, took a break from my job since 4months...mean while I am lagging behind for not completing my post graduation...but having a quality time with my kids.
