Career or Home ? Or Both ?

Mommy Jugglers Managing Work & Parenting
Career or Home ? Or Both ?
Juggling between Your Work, Home & Kid is not an easy task. No matter how perfectly you are doing it, it is natural to feel exhausted from the daily challenges that life throws & to go on guilt trips because of not being able to spend time with your Kid. What are the challenges that you faced or are facing because of being a working Mom ? Do you think that a woman can successfully handle her parenting responsibilities as well as her career ?

There is no doubt in it that managing the baby and your career is a tough job but not impossible. Many women out there doing it perfectly. During pregnancy, I took maternity leaves in the ninth month. Although, it was difficult to commute and doing the simple things were a major task in those days but I did it so that I get to spend most of the time with baby after the baby arrives. Currently I am on my maternity leaves so haven't joined office yet. But I am preparing myself that it is going to be hard but I am going to give my best and not neglect either of my major responsibilities towards the baby and my career.

I am a working mom. I make sure that I give plenty of time for my little ones while at home and tell the reasons why I go to work, my daughter understands and encourages as well. She says when she grows up, she will become like me, what more pride do I need? Also I understand that I am on right track. As mother I don't miss a chance on fulfilling my kids (I have a month old baby boy now) needs.

yes ofcourse she can do both but there is a particular way. I mean our baby is the priceless gift of God, first we should understand this and nourish our baby with our best efforts and love and care atleast till he becomes 2years old. Now a bud has started becoming flower, now if its necessary u can think to leave ur baby for 4-5hrs with some of ur relative and maid, not with only maid, and go for office.
Otherwise no any age when we can say that child doesnt need mom. My papa is 54yrs nd daadi 83, when papa getrs fever or cold smthing he has daadi's name on his lips😄, maayi- maayi.

This is much difficult to adjust personal or professional life. Recently I resigned from my job because I can't take care of my baby. No one help you when you need it. You are the only one who can make a strong decision about your life, I take mine and yesss.. I am happy because I am a MOM❤️
same is condition with me

I am IT professional and I am able to manage my career and family life.
Woman is definitely capable of handling the work and family life, we are blessed with immense patience and super powers.
Just apply these powers in proper proportion at the right place. Most importantly build a healthy relationship with all the members of the family and they will definitely be your strength.
When you are at work, you will be contented that your kid is growing with his family learning the morals of family.

A mother is a mother....I am facing this problem I am in my 6 months maternity leave but believe its easy to work at office till 9 at night but tough to handle a baby. But I learnt a thing now I realise ambition stands nowhere when u hold your baby in your arms. I know nobody can help to manage both except my daughter because she knows her mom the best and want to see her unbiased support.
