Mommy Jugglers Managing Work & Parenting
Career or Home ? Or Both ?
Juggling between Your Work, Home & Kid is not an easy task. No matter how perfectly you are doing it, it is natural to feel exhausted from the daily challenges that life throws & to go on guilt trips because of not being able to spend time with your Kid. What are the challenges that you faced or are facing because of being a working Mom ? Do you think that a woman can successfully handle her parenting responsibilities as well as her career ?

I have a suggestion. instead of making model to pose for such topics, I would really like the real working mom and babies pics. the pic looks very dead to me. there is no soul in it. just my humble suggestion

I just left my work when my baby born as in my point of view my baby is my priority and when she will be big enough to understand things I will be joining my work
same here, I left job when I conceive. will rejoin job after 3 year of her age

Home because a mother needs to spend some time with her baby otherwise the baby wouldn't have affection with his/her mother. A mother needs to give 24/7 time to the baby. Not only for now, but when the baby grows up, he/she may not have attachment with the baby.

Hello Everyone,
My son is 9 months old and his weight is 9.5 Kg, but his diet seems not too good. I tried multiple liquid food, but as soon as we feed him he vomits. He is on regular formula milk. I cannot understand when he will start eating liquid foods. Need your help & suggestions.
I know of a baby like that, who vomits right after babyfeed. it's just a reflex. at 9 months, your baby must be highly active when awake, doing all sorts of crawling, walking, playing all day.
let him play as long as he wants, so that it increases his appetite. feed him water at regular intervals, no forcing. the more you force baby to consume, the more he will reject food.
also, give him freshly squeezed fruit juice.
try giving thinned cerelac, veg/non-veg stew with butter.
lastly, feed him when the family is having breakfast, lunch, dinner, at the same table.

The most important thing is support of your family.. If you got support from your family ky and hubby nothing is hard for you.. We can easily and happily manage all the things with baby wether its our home or office.
