I gave our unused clothes to an old lady who came in my house and requested me to give old or cracked dress for her grandkids. I gave them all unused clothes coz of shortness or large in size

Below are few things to try :
1. donate it to someone needy
2. make a memory blanket
3. use it(let the kids do this :d) to play dress up the doll
4. redesign and reuse - make hairbands, hair clip, bow tie etc.
