I have a 2 year girl with a temper and stubbornness and I handle her by diverting her with another talks other than what she is crying for or start talking and diverting her mind from something much more interesting than that she is asking...but first I listen her completely so that she do not feels insulted or left out...than apply my tricks in another ways to calm her and it works alot.
