Few things I learnt in last few months about sleep deprivation - the challenge..
* Ask for help wherever and whenever you can - parenting isn\'t something to be done alone.
* Take naps keeping all other tasks pending whenever the baby is asleep..
* Even lying down for few minutes, will help you regain energy.
* Keep away from mobiles as much as you can.. googling for information can make you more anxious. Your paediatrician is best one to guide.
* This phase too shall pass and you will get to a stage where you will start enjoying your time with the baby.

Lack of sleep really bothers the new Moms. Especially during night when one has to be awake, it feels so tired in the next day. But nothing to worry. We have also awakened our Moms and it\'s our turn. We have to set our routine according to the new born. We\'ve to take rest when she sleeps and all the new Moms should need the help of the partner and the family members as well in order to take care of the baby and the mother herself.

Yes , sleep deprivation is most common factor that every new mom faces more in initial months of new born. I too had to face the same situation for about 2.5 months of my lo. what would be my piece of advice is feed whole night, early in morning get the help of others to carry the baby little away from you if baby gets hungry they can bring back the baby to you...if You are little far away You can sleep little relaxed. Also, You can gud short naps during day time if You have people around you to help you . Enjoy Motherhood !!!!!
