1. Use good diapers and keep checking whether it's heavy each time you feed
2. Make the baby feel your warmth before baby goes to sleep so it feels it's safe

3. Dress the baby so it's body is fully covered
4. Feed the baby before it's too hungry and exhausted
5. Don't use mobile phones before you going to sleep
6. Try to sleep as soon as baby goes to sleep
7. Have constant conscious on your diet , you must feel energetic
8. Drink water before and after you feed
9. Try to make your bed time as early as possible
10. Tap the baby putting him on your lap
11. Make the baby to be awake in the day time as much as possible
12. Sleep along with the baby

sleep when your baby sleeps.and share ur work with partner ,lack of sleep leafs to weight gain and health issues

hi madams,can any one give sleeping techniques,my baby can't sleep during night time,but he slept in day time,but i cant wakeup him in day time while he slept,can any one suggestion

my story is very interesting. when my daughter was under 1 months she use to wakeup at night. and i always think when she will used to sleep i will also sleep. but when she was sleeping i consistently seen her. and she is so cute when she is sleeping.

1.Try to sleep with your baby in first two months it is hard to complete your sleep. but it is ok
2.Take help from your mom ..at night just feed your baby and give baby to mom for burping. Let yout mom sleep during day tym..
