Challenges Faced in Raising a Child

rumana Mom of 5 children 6 years ago
raising a child is really very much challenging for every parents but for me challenge is too little word cos m mother of 3baby girls with gap of 2yrs and that too through cesarean section...my girls are very naughty sometimes it's really tough to handle them...my husband is very busy with his work ,he doesn't get much time to interact with them...all thanks to my parents and my maasi who helped me a lot...my mother's,maasi and Nani's advice really worked...though at times when my baby use to cry I couldn't understand them then there my mother's and Nani's advice really worked well though they are very old but still very useful and better than today's using medicine for every little things...for example if my baby used to get cold my Nani used make her put little warm kaajal continuously for 3-4days and using this technique till now as my oldest daughter is 5 , I haven't given her any medicine for cold ...

keeping child healthy and happy is smartest challenge..being a working mum with 2 kids ..it's always challenge to balance time between kids and work
adding all nutrients to food and making them tasty with each variety daily is fun
making child under stand between good and bad in a gentle way and making them happy and helping kid is challenge
especially as a mother of 2 boys I wanted them to respect women irrespective of her dress and job and also doing house hold chores is not helping women in home...it's ur job....I feel it's not girls who need to be taught well..raise ur boys well then girls will be safe
biggest challenge is to getting them adopted and used to balance between what elders want them to be and what they wanted to be
other things like caste, greed, unnecessary drama in name if culture should not effect the kids

A seed of motherhood was sown inside me a long before i held my daughter in my hands..
But it blossomed the day i held her in my hands..
That moment was, is and will be the beautiful moment in my life..
But being a mother is not easy that too without the guidance of elders would be a nightmare. I was so happy the moment i saw my daughter but at the same time a lot of questions took me on a ride of roller coaster.
From day one the guidance of elders is required without which raising a child is very difficult. Being a first time mother i knew nothing about the problems faced by the babies and the symptoms they show.
One day when i woke up i was shoked to see some pus like thing coming out my daughter’s ear.
I was scared at the moment and was about to rush to the hospital but i was cooled by the words my mother in law said.
That was nothing too serious to be worried about but the baby has cold.
When i took her to the doctor the doctor said the same thing and asked me not to worry.
But without my mother in law’s guidance i would be worrying till the moment the doctor says that it is just cold.
This is a very small incident but being a mother it was not easy for me to take care of my little daughter without my mother in law

Hi pals. My name is Divya Sharma and I have a son who is 3 months old. His name is Vivaan. I must tell you he is extraordinarily active and notorious. This is the first winter for him and as per the elders, taking care of the child in the first winter is the most Herculean task. And my son is not at all ready to wear warm clothes.. and henceforth he got cold and cough. So my grandma told me to apply lukewarm castor oil on the chest, back, nails and foot of the baby. I did this on alternative days and this actually helped. He got relieved from cough and cold. So yeah!! To all the new moms, this is the best thing to do whose infants and even toddlers catch cough and cold easily. But make sure this trick will only work in winters and make sure that you cover your baby after applying oil. Thank you!!..

A simple advice of my parents .. just monitor ourselves.. kids imitate us.. dey follow us.. the way we eat .. talk .. walk .. activities v do ... to very good extent they try to do what v r doing.. v set an example for them..for eg if kids see us readin books frequently.. surely dey ll develop that habit within thm.. same is with mobile .. and many more such day to day activities.. so it’s just tht v have to control our actions and to a gud extent kids would b controlled automatically... and trust me Fren’s it’s really working

Raising a child is a beautiful journey. My daughter is 1.5 month old. I waited to plan for 4.5 years because of some issues. But when I conceived that was a wonderful moment of my life. After 9 months when I saw her that was a wonderful moment for me and my hubby. We are loving when she see in my eyes and try to explain her needs. I am loving the sleepness nights. Sometimes it’s difficult to handle her but now I m enjoying every moment. Love u my baby.

patience is really a very required need while raising a child and his or her smile is the only thing which makes it all possible.

one of the best thing which I got to learn from my elders is that to be patient while parenting your ward...the way they deal with the odd conditions are commendable 😇😇

Raising a child is a tough job but that's an experience every mom gets once or twice, for some more. I too have experienced and experiencing the happy tiring moments. But I convince myself that this should actually be enjoyed instead of thinking it's a roller coaster and with this experience grand parents play a major role. grandmother always tells what to do at which time. They are the helping hands and sought it out very easily. They understand children better.
