Discipline is must but not too much,if you do so then it would be harassment for childs mind.
Instead learning he will be more aggressive in a wrong wAy about what you say or what u wAnt them to do.you must understand their needs and wants take it easy if they do something wrong but let them know whats wrong for sure in kind way so that they will understand quickly otherwise if you punish them every time when they do wrong it would turn to be their normal routine.
