Diapers, diaper rash cream, wet wipes, 2-3 pairs of clothes, a light stole, changing mat, bottle and accessories, 2-3 toys, baby pillow, hand sanitizer and baby lotion. we often have to wash and clean our children's hands more in outdoors and to keep the skin hydrated we should use good Lotion or moisturizer like Johnson's baby. even I prefer dabbing little talc if going out in summers

summer travel:
Clothes
#day outfits(sleevless or short sleeves with shorts)- 2 for each day of travel)
#night wears(full sleeves with pajamas)-1 for each day
they should be warm n cozy because we use ac at night
#fancy outfits- 2 or 3 for dinner parties
Diapers:

separate diaper bag
wet wipes
changing mats
disposable diapers( I prefer mamy)
coth diapers n plastic or waterproof diapers ( set of 6 with inserts), use them intermittently to avoid diaper rashes
rash cream( I prefer eazynap)
clotrimazole dusting powder(u can put it diapers to avoid rashes)

daipers,formula milk if required,one or two extra pair of baby suit,bottles,if baby is more than six months then some fruits like banana,chiku, for journey by train,bus or flight,water and sipper, sanitizer,towel or hanky,bibs.
