Being her skin is so dry and sensitive I would give her a massage with the oil that provides a cooling effect along. Bath followed by that, with a body wash to ensure her proper cleaning having no more tears formula. Gracing her with a soothing talc free powder and relaxing cotton clothes to stay her cool and of course make her drink a lot of water so that she remain hydrated.
