A steriliser is a must. I brush my child gums with a silicon brush then I bottle feed and use nipples to give vitamin drops to my child. I also started giving him pomegranate seeds in a teether feeder so that he enjoys and teething soothes him. So an electric comes very handy, to sterilise everything at once.

And the best safety feature about the steriliser is that things remain untouched and contact free till use. It protects child from harmful infections. Also during manual steriliser I feel that the water steam can hurt as it is too hot so it also protects from that
