I have two daughters. one is two years old and the another one is just a week. Baby bottoms are very sensitive. We should avoid using different products especially the scented ones. Wash it properly with water or use baby wipes (i use them only while travelling, i prefer water to clean the bottom parts). Always apply lotion and baby powder before diaper. Dont use diapers 24×7. let their skin breathe. Use rash cream if there is any sign of redness. dont let them wear a same diaper for a long time even if they arent wet change them timely.

I am a mom of 50 days old girl. For taking care of my girl's bottom, I think it is very important to maintain the PH and like we adults have recommed to wash the vagina only with water. So before taking her to the bath, I clean her outer genital lips from an earbud dipped in coconut oil and while giving her bath I try not to apply soap or body wash and try to only clean it with water, which I think is most important. I put her in nappies the whole day and during the night, I use "Curatio B4 Nappy" cream before putting the diapers. This helps my girl to be protectèd from rashes and infections in her genitals.

I am a 4 month olds mom, and I use home made extra virgin coconut oil before bath. And it keeps my baby fresh in the whole day. Using Himalaya products for my son’s daily hygiene. Taped pampers diaper are using and it is very comfortable for him
