It is entirely the decision of the mother and father. They should consider their careers and achievements so that they know they are capable of taking responsibility of their kid/kids (again it's their choice). Advancement in medicine in today's date has opened up so many options to facilitate the same.
So, it's a yes if the parents want to bring another child on the fact that they can provide all necessities for the little one.
