As much as possible try to convince before 30.

No, it is not too late to have a baby after 30. While fertility does naturally decline with age, many women successfully conceive and have healthy pregnancies in their 30s and even 40s. It may take longer to conceive, and there are some increased risks to be aware of, but with proper medical care and monitoring, a healthy pregnancy and baby are very achievable.

no thats not too late because its a time of science and technology, if any other work is good then why not late pregnancy. these days people are doing late marriages if that is not bad then why we say late pregnancy is bad.
