use cloth pads for periods, change the cloth 4 hours once, use clean & hygenic cloth

after age of 30 we have to do cervix medical checkup every year

First thing to focus on healthy environment and mental health, family members may also aware about the health issues women facing now a day's their support is necessary. also women's must control on their eating habits, eat healthy, avoid processed food, maintain good relations with close ones to live stress free life, I feel stress is key of Heath issues now a days.

My healthy habit is changing pad every 4-5 hours.

ovarian cancer is the most deadly of gynecologic Cancers. the disease is called the 'Silent killer' because its symptoms are often attributed to other conditions affecting woman and so tha majority of cases are caught too late, when the disease has advanced to a last stage

I do exercise,do all the work of house by own and i eat only healthy food not much oily

For maintaining proper health I am doing exercise daily and something I used to read everyday. I can say that we all are very bussy but guys atleast do exercise for 10 min and read whatever you like, small article is also enough.

My healthy habits are more water drinking at morning, minimum 8 hours sleep, avoid junk foods and fast foods, not seat more than 2-3 hours at a place.
