Stereotyping Kids from Childhood
Absolutely, we are putting in wrong directive infront of them which they will carry on and keep the world divided between blue and pink.
Not only parents but socity is samey responsible for stereotyping things. Socity somewhat influence the market too which causes a lot a blue dresses for boys and a pink ambiance for girls area which is very odd!!. some will be get very less options of blue for their girls in markets compare to pink for boys.. thus today\'s mumma and me too mostly goes for neutral colour like yellow, Violet, red, white. Today\'s mummas are somewhat rebellious like me who choose to walk off track than what socity shows us to walk. My girls wears blue since birth as I love blue colours and other colours too obviously and loves to play with her cars collection, football and teddies too. One thing we must remember whatever the babies will see from their childhood with effect their future. So equality in gender starts from home and dice from your childhood.

True that... our own mentalities have not evolved, how will that happen in our kids... kids learn most by what they experience and not what is said to them.... when they are invited to bday parties, they look around and pick up themes... which we all know is mostly pinkish for girls and blueish for boys... yes we are stereotyping them cos we are stereotyped ourselves... we need.to first teach ourselves and then probably the kids will learn on their own.. Gender neutrality starts from home with \"US\" making changes...
