well...it's depend upon how independent ur first child is and how much family support u have...bcoz one can face any difficult situation wd one kid but wd two kida it becomes hectic...and unbalanced..so this gap is 2.5 yrs if u have someone to help u..otherwise once ur first kid starts preschool..thn it's best tym to plan second baby...😊
