You should think about 2nd baby after your first baby age cross 2 years.

I think 2-3 years should be fine. If you have support well and good, let ur support be healthy by the time u give birth to second child. If no support, the 2-3 yrs baby tries to understand things and act accordingly(being vocal and patient helps). Also, too much gap increases the risk of forgetting things. I think it will be like a first time mom to be who was very new to delivery and baby care.
