what's the best process to prevent pregnancy as post pregnancy there wont be periods for a year at least

Good morning,

after 3 months of my c section dilevery I got spotting for 3 days and now again after 15 days same spotting has started is this is serious issue or normal. initially after dilevery my bleeding was for 6 weeks and then after spotting for at least 15 days.

hi dr...I am not able to feed my baby as he had stopped taking my Bm...from 2 months onwards the Bm supply has been decreased so fast that I was not able to feed him properly..and now he is completely on FM...as I am trying to give atleast at night but he star crying because he doesn't get milk...and while pressing my breast I am seeing only water no milk..and now my baby has completed 3 months... please advise on this...my family members were saying if you don't feed then there are chances to have lump and then it can turn out to be cancer... please suggest on this dr...it would be of great help if you advise me what to do or is this something very serious that I need to focus on.

first offer breast to baby,of not satisfied keep formula ready before hand.
use electric breast pump ,n pump after every feeding or u should pump every 2 hrly
ur breast should get empty. it signals brain to make more milk.
u can offer expressed breast milk to baby

hi doc my baby is now 3 months old it was section starting my periods stopped at 21 day but after that i facing severe very severe menstrual prblm with heavy bleeding what should i do plz advise
