timely diet ... Every one must follow strict timing right from birth .. baby cant take care of themselves ,So I mean to say mother must take care of it. but sometimes we fail due to some personal issues . Every kid is active physically.. we parents should push them more to play physically outdoors

over and much over feeding the kids than needed the parents have a thinkimg that the fatter the child the more 'Khate Peete khandaan ka' he looks, thats the worst and most common thing I personally come across... as my son's r lean I get to hear this very frequently.
