Now days children are not getting time to play outside due to heavy study. if they get time they are addicted to TV or phone or even parents can't send outside alone which we are able to. play outside in our childhood.

When we say Kids obesity,kids nowadays are fed with junk foods instant foods and so on but not healthier,moms should care for her kids and feed them with good nutritious foods,like veggies,fruits, grains,millets and nuts..avoid junk foods...and make them play outside letvyou spend some time time them speak to them care them,firstly dont allow your kids use mobile,make them play outside,cycling etc.,

I think there are several reasons like-Children dont get time for outdoor activities because of increasing competition and burdern in schools,Lack of proper diet and munching in every half an hour..Children should devote 2 hrs daily in outdoor games.

No physical activity and level of junk / preserved or frozen food are the main reason behind obesity in kids.

nowadays children dont eat food without phone or tv and also they dont have any physical activity as we had in our days. And also the food they eat which dont have any nutritious value
