Nepotism is a major issue in offices, businesses,political offices & many other places.But, in school?Due you feel Nepotism exists in School? During the formative years of children should they be exposed to this unfair treatment? What\'s your take on this?Share your Views in the Comments below.
Yes nepotism does exist in schools...and the school authority must look into it and make sure all the children are treated equally.... cauz nepotism not only effect the child not in favour but also the children who are in favour.... the one not in favour feels left out and theur confidence goes down and the one in favour gets used to being chosen without any hardwork and later wheb he steps out it gets difficult for him to get adjusted in an environment where he is not the SPECIAL ONE...

yes it exist in school and I personally feel bad when they don\'t give attention and don\'t care n don\'t have patience to a super active kid..they are very small kid and they don\'t have knowledge about partiality..and some treat good to the good looking kids.is not so bad.
