Give me few tips for loosing belly fat.

One most important thing I wanna discuss with every mother..u can loose weight within 1 year after delivery after 1 year it becomes permanent quite difficult to loose ..so please pay attention if u wanna become fit.. u hv time ❤️

I did yoga .. and took warm water or green tea early morning.. nd before night sleep .. it was quite helpful for loosing belly fat
