I would say no.. because kids safety is the first important thing than anything else in this world... We can teach our kids and we can manage them with required things at home as they wish but we shouldn't take risk by sending them out in this critical situation.. Can't even think like that incidents... We will not be sure whether they r safe at school or not.. But we can make sure that our kid is too safe with us when they r with us... Simply we can get the education at home like how they r learning in online nowadays...

No way, child safety comes first for a parent. Children can be home school or thought life skill in mine while till it becomes safe again to send them to school or any crowded place.
